Traditional or village life in India is all about experiences. And experiences are all about stories. Starting the day with a Yoga session in the morning, followed by a visit to the farms around; along with a working session in the fields. Then a delicious traditional breakfast sets the tone for a traditional day of village life experience. Understanding the cuisine and what goes into it in terms of tradition, follows the morning. After which one has an afternoon of rest and recuperation. The evenings are activity and fun filled with traditional and seasonal celebrations including cultural activities in which the entire community partake with great sincerity.

Location
a serene campus nestled alongside the Chalakudy river in central Kerala just about 25 KM/15 Miles from the nearest international airport at Cochin. The location is breath taking and beyond what words could conjure up in terms of description. The calm river and the murmur of the flowing waters are a great and constant comfort to the ears.
Experience
Airport pick up in Traditional style It is not just the destination but the entire journey that also adds to the excitement and intrigue of the experience. Right from the time one lands at the Airport or the train station, the excitement takes over. Being picked up in an ‘Ambassador’ car is an all new experience for most people. The ambassador is a large, roomy car of an old charm, with a singularity of space and movement. Your experience will be none like before or anywhere else. As an experience of travel on village roads and transport, visitors can avail of Bullock / Oxen cart rides within the resort at any time. It is true, real and a wonderful experience. Our constructs are natural, roomy in traditional architectures and overlook the serenity of the resort and the breathtaking Chalakudy river that flows alongside. One relaxes in the very lap of nature.
Food & Drinks
Society is slowly beginning to understand the invisible power hidden in age-old cooking practices. Most people vastly prefer good, home-cooking to fast food, and it is this that we endeavour to replicate in our restaurants, by training our chefs in these practices. Following a home-cooking route is to concentrate on the layering of spices and evenness of ingredients, and to have an imaginative connectivity with the many components of a dish. In Kerala, traditional simplicity and the subtle use of spices have a tremendous influence on the quality of taste.
